Sometimes in the course of normal business, during the termination process managers decide to leave the ‘close position’ checkbox unchecked. When business needs change the position may no longer be needed.
The simplest way to automate this process is to use a custom report to define exactly the population of positions you want to automatically close. This report is then used by a Studio Integrration that will systematically close each position on the report.
